Q: Is your “snatched” product waterproof?
A: Indeed, Snatched is waterproof and designed to resist water. However, like most makeup products, it is not completely transfer-proof. Therefore, it is advisable to minimize touching the applied area as much as possible.
Q: How long will the hair shadow last in my hair?
A: You can effortlessly remove this product by using shampoo during your regular shower.
Q: Can I return my product, if I am not happy with it?
A: Absolutely, you have the option to return your product. You have a period of 7 days from the date of arrival to inform us and express your dissatisfaction with the product. By doing so, you can receive a full refund.
Q: I realized that I have provided the wrong shipping address after placing my order, what do I do?
